Got a camera to keep eyes on some equipment in a very remote location. The signal is great and is one of the best trail cameras I have used. We had questions on camera functions and the customer service was outstanding.

I sent an email today figuring I would hear back tomorrow. But no, I received personal reply’s with a suggestion to fix my problem. When that didn’t work I got another email telling me I would receive a Rama tomorrow and they will take care of my camera. These guys are the best

Great Service – AGAIN!

The great service from Ridgetec continues. There was a problem with shipping through the post office and when Ridgetec recognized it, they immediately sent a followup shipment to resolve the issue. They have been great with advice and suggestions to help me get the most value from their products. They may not be as cheap as the the big box stores, but their great customer service more than makes up the difference in value!

The item cost was the initial decision difficulty but once the decision was made, I have no regrets. Initial camera setup was not difficult but cell signal is critical. Initially, requested video downloads were difficult but that is where the price point decision became a non factor. Having the flexibility for either Verizon or ATT provided options. Customer support with Steve and Anthony has been exceptional. They both have expended valuable time to assess and evaluate my camera data. Through recommended tests, I believe I understand the camera settings better but now have a functional unit that allows capture of activity around the camera without having to swap out SD cards to get activity history. Photo quality is sufficient to determine which frames that might warrant better resolution and video quality is good. Night operation works as advertised. I am happy that I made he choice for this product.
