I had one camera using batteries faster than normal. I called and talked to a rep, he gave me a return label and they quickly informed me of the issue. No cost to me and outstanding communication. Customer service is a high priority to these guys and it shows. Thanks again team Ridgetec!
A++++ customer service
I have been using Ridgetec cameras for about a year and a half now. When I’ve had an issue with, or a question about any of my cameras, my recently downloaded Ridgetec mobile app,or the portal, I’ve always had an answer within the next business day. I even called them when I had a question that required a lengthy answer or a discussion.
They have always been polite and respectful! Definitely A++++ customer service!!
Booster antenna
I purchased the Omni directional antenna went from 25% to 90% signal strength on my spypoint flex worth every penny, don’t waste your money on Chinese junk !!!!
This company is solid
