I own 10 Ridgetec cameras since 2019 and never had an issue with any until this week so I called and they sent me a RMA to send back the broke camera and they fixed it and sent it back to me within two days! Awesome customer service.

My Lookout X cam takes the best pictures out of any other trail cameras I’ve used, it’s the most reliable, and their customer service can’t be beat! They have turned me into a customer for life! Best decision I’ve ever made!

By far the best cameras I’ve used! The older versions can be a little overwhelming until you educate yourself on how to use them. Once you learn the cameras, they are fantastic and Anthony and his team are always on call to help. Now that the cameras have become more competitively priced, and the new app is so much easier to use, I will continue to purchase more of these cameras.
