I have contacted customer support several times to help me with my cameras. They respond almost immediately and always have a solution to my questions. I am very pleased with my cellular cameras so much that I bought 2 more. I would recommend Ridgetec Cellular Cameras for wildlife and security.

By far the best cameras I’ve used! The older versions can be a little overwhelming until you educate yourself on how to use them. Once you learn the cameras, they are fantastic and Anthony and his team are always on call to help. Now that the cameras have become more competitively priced, and the new app is so much easier to use, I will continue to purchase more of these cameras.

Ridgetec customer service has always been great to me. When I’ve called the support number, Steve has always been polite and helpful. The warranty coverage is awesome! When I’ve submitted tickets, the response time was fast and helpful! Great company and great customer service!!
