I’ve emailed Ridgetec for questions and help with my cameras. Steve, from service, always gets back with me in minutes. He has always been extremely helpful and follows up to make sure my issues are taken care of to my satisfaction. Their customer service is second to no other company I’ve dealt with.

I have four cameras I use for security and wildlife. I plan to purchase two more. The picture quality is great and I get my pics within seconds.

Hard to find good customer service anymore but this place has it. I’ve tried 4 different brands of cell cameras but have now committed to and will stay with RidgeTec as long as they keep treating their customers the way they do. I have had branches fall on cameras and break them and just general questions and there is always someone with RidgeTec waiting to help you with no questions asked. Crazy considering the world we live in now of junk products and no customer service.
