Hard to find good customer service anymore but this place has it. I’ve tried 4 different brands of cell cameras but have now committed to and will stay with RidgeTec as long as they keep treating their customers the way they do. I have had branches fall on cameras and break them and just general questions and there is always someone with RidgeTec waiting to help you with no questions asked. Crazy considering the world we live in now of junk products and no customer service.

Own three cameras now. They work great. I use them for security on the farm. Oldest camera is over 5 years old and still works great. Technical support is really quick. The new Lookouy-X camera picture quality is excellent.

This company has great fast support even on weekends. Cameras are easy to activate and use. Quality of pictures is awesome. Been a great experience so far switching from all the other cameras we have been using to just all Ridgetec. Would definitely recommend these cameras to others.

I own 10 Ridgetec cameras since 2019 and never had an issue with any until this week so I called and they sent me a RMA to send back the broke camera and they fixed it and sent it back to me within two days! Awesome customer service.
