I’ve had my cams for years and they stay deployed for years in the same locations with solar panels and I live in a secluded location in Montana. I have very few problems with my cams, when I do it is usually from animals themselves licking or rubbing the cams. When I do have a problem or question Anthony usually answers my emails within 30 minutes. I have 7 cams going back 8+ years and have had to only send one in for repair which was done in a very timely manner. You will not be sorry when you buy these.

Was having an issue with my camera contacted Tech Support. They were open and honest with me and we’re having some network issues that day. Great to see a company, being honest and transparent. Whatever glitch they were having was fixed that evening.

Ridgetec went above and beyond to supply firmware up date and assistance on a summit 4 camera that is no longer longer supported by Ridgetec

There team were timely and provided what service they could for the camera
