The service crew at ridgetech cannot be beat

I emailed them at I’m sure the most inconvenient time this weekend about a non responsive camera issue , they respond quickly and had a plan in place to fix the problem.

Been using their product for over 7 years, (Original Lookout) Any small problems, which were two for two cameras I owned were taken care of promptly and under warranty. Their cameras support every feature you would want in a security/game camera. I just upgraded my original Lookout to Lookout X. Their customer service is outstanding, best I have ever experienced. After the purchase you are not forgotten. Very personal service rarely found in today’s business environment. Anthony and Steve will take care of you!

I placed a camera out on Saturday and received an email from Anthony of Ridgetec on Sunday that he had Identified an issue with the sd card.

Amazing that problem was picked up before I even realized that there was an issue. I formatted the card as per his instructions and was back on track to capture amazing photos.
